Bean Buro designed this sophisticated metal kitchen which combines the standards of good taste and consistent quality. The kitchen island is the central piece of furniture which is an essential element in the design of this space. Due to its design, the space has been elevated and the island became the focal point. In addition, the color palette has been kept the same as the client’s choice which is simple black and white.
The island top has a natural feel, a characteristic of the company which is based in Amsterdam. The use of the same material throughout the interior and exterior contributes to create a uniform and elegant space.
The kitchen has been renovated and it’s now featuring modern styling. Stainless steel tiles have been used throughout the kitchen, creating a timeless look. The kitchen island leads to the bar and the lounge areas which is linked to the dining room. The flat screen TV is placed right next to the door, making it easy to watch over the green marble floor.
Black and white are the two main colors used for the décor. They allow the space to feel cold without giving it the texture and texture it needs to feel warm and inviting.
The lounge area has a rubber floor which theitizes and ensures a smooth transition between the chairs and the kitchen island. In addition, the tiled floor also features a built-in fireplace which is a wonderful focal point.
A white staircase leads upstairs where the private zone is located. The bedroom is not any different. In here, the lack of color is compensated by a series of unique accent details such as the unique patterned rug, the glass barrier separating the shower or bathroom and the wood-paneled ceiling.
The bed has a curved frame and, in addition to that, the rest of the décor is white and minimalist. An industrial chandelier hanging above the bed adds a touch of industrial charm to the space while the wood paneled walls and ceiling give the room a warm and welcoming feel.
A series of specific small details and features allow this loft to stand out, such as the fact that the skylights are framed by wall-mounted wooden shelves and the fact that there’s a big picture window in the bathroom which can be seen from the bedroom.
This loft was designed for a space which the owners showed a double dose of. The office space where the owners spend a lot of time as a freelancer. So it’s rather unusual to see such a large window in such a small room.
